Meet Taeya Harle

Real Estate agent serving the Greater Seattle Area

Taeya comes from a real estate family. Her father owned an architectural firm and contracting company. Her late mother, Ruth Harle, who mentored Taeya and eventually offered her a position as a business partner, was a leading agent in the Greater Seattle area for 40 years. Taeya seeks to embody everything Ruth was as she led the industry with kindness, empathy, and empowered brokers and clients alike through her actions. Both of Taeya’s parents fueled her love for real estate and people. As a child she spent time with her mother touring and previewing homes. With her father, Taeya learned the general “dos and don’ts” to building and architecture.

As a local to the PNW, Taeya knows the area extensively and has lived in quite a few of the various cities in King County. She enjoys connecting with clients and treats every transaction with the utmost care, research, and negotiation.

She attended college at California State University in Fresno where she earned accolades in athletics and academics. She finished college early with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. She decided to move back to the PNW and pursue what she has always loved: homes. Her marketing degree gives her the edge on current trends to push inventory out and target your best buyer. Taeya strongly believes that capturing the essence of a property and propelling it with strong advertisement, online presence, and quality print materials truly gives her listings a forefront of exposure to current buyers.

Taeya currently resides in West Seattle with her husband, Dan, and two dogs. She loves West Seattle for the proximity to the water, culture, and local eateries. Taeya grew up on acreage with horses and has been showing on the world level since she was 10 years old. Today, she is still involved in the equine world and seeks to inspire young women looking to enter NCAA athletics. She currently has one retired horse named Coco, but is looking to get back into the show pen at some point soon. Her equestrian connections and knowledge make her an ideal equine and acreage agent partner, to market your facility correctly or help you find the perfect farm!

Serving My Clients With Integrity & Thoughtfulness

There is nothing in the world that she enjoys more than her job- meeting people, seeing properties, finding solutions, and negotiating on behalf of her clients. She looks forward to helping you with your next purchase in the Greater Seattle Area.
